Why am I uniquely qualified to help you with this important work?
My own journey into self-employment began because of a tragedy.
The day I should have died but instead was left paralysed after a stranger drugged me, without my knowledge or consent, and I fell from the 5th floor of a hotel balcony.
I don’t share my story to shock you or for sympathy but because that life-changing moment became the catalyst for everything that came next in both my professional and personal worlds.
I’m not going to lie - it’s been a long road through to the other side including burnout and breakdown, success and failure. Winning awards and losing everything, not once but 3 times. Let’s just say…
I’ve become an expert in knowing what it takes to transform your darkest moments into the motivation for a brighter future and a better world.
My journey inspired me to become an expert in Adversity Inspired Entrepreneurship with over 15 years professional practice as a Business Consultant, including being headhunted to work on £multi-million entrepreneurship projects for local governments.
But right from the start, I realised there was something essential missing from mainstream business support - nobody was asking the most important questions. Every consultant and advisor I met was more focused on the products or services and not the people behind them.
Focusing solely on a business idea is fundamentally flawed - it’s a sure path to stress and misery - and I know because I’ve often been the person hired to sort it out.
I decided to create a better way for people to build a successful and sustainable business that lights them up while keeping the lights on at home. The Life’s Calling Matrix & Methodology was born from the last 2 decades of helping hundreds of business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs figure out the deeply meaningful and joy-filled work, they were born to do. It’s the foundation and the heart of everything I design, deliver and curate.
Being uniquely placed to understand the needs of adversity-inspired entrepreneurs, I’m fully committed to this important work.
